The Seabrook sailing club is located approximately 30 mile away from the city of Galveston. This club, located on Galveston bay, was founded in 1934 and is a family oriented club, run and maintained entirely by its members.

In 2008, the existing two-story structure was damaged beyond repair by hurricane Ike, resulting in a need to rebuild the existing building. The two-story club house consists of an upstairs kitchen and dining area with showers and heated dressing rooms downstairs.

The new club was designed by Eco-Holdings using AutoDesk Revit Structure and Revit MEP Building Information Modeling software. The structure consists of energy-efficient structural panels and timber framing on driven pile foundations. Epoxy-coated reinforcing steel was used in all of the concrete elements.
