In 2003, the Techne opened a $7.9 million, 645-stall parking ramp designed by Pope Architects as part of its 617,000 sf campus. Manufactured using post-tensioned concrete, the structure contains epoxy-coated reinforcing bars, high performance concrete and 2-inch top cover. Precast concrete spandrel panels are used along the slab edges.
